Symposium on Patient Safety and Critical Incidents Reporting is separately accredited.

Participation for the Symposium is free of charge, but on-line registration is necessary.

The registration fee for participants includes:

  • access to all scientific sessions (except Pre-Congress Courses and Workshops) and the industrial exhibition
  • opening session + networking reception
  • congress materials
  • coffee breaks and lunches

All cancellations need to be electronically mailed to uaiscongress2018@fogg.rs

 

Confirmation

Upon the registration, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. Please bring this confirmation to the registration desk at the conference venue as proof of your registration.

 

Payment of fees

All fees for congress registration and additional courses should be paid in RSD in advance to the Congress Secretariat, clearly stating the participant’s name, address and invoice number.

Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.

Payment can be effected by bank transfer or credit card (Visa, MasterCard). We kindly ask you to only process a bank transfer after having registered online.
